Canadian ITU’ers blogroll > 5150 specialists vs ITU / Coates talking about her 2011 season / Yorke working on his strength / Sharpe getting some rest

We’re a little bit late on this one, but still interesting though. Andrew Russell is talking about the evolution of the field in non-drafting races. It’s not possible anymore for an ITU athlete to perform as well as those who specialize in this type of event. Great read.

Yorke is working on his strength, something that was missing in his preperation last year.

Matt Sharpe is getting some time off. Well deserved. He had a very good season and the transition from junior to senior went very well.
